On day when I was googling other people’s 365 project I found a blog where the photographer took a new pic of clouds every day. To me that would be kinda boring but I’ve never really had that much of an interest in clouds.
I actually had not seen my dad since Christmas so I figured that since I had no plans today it would be a good time to go visit him and snap a shot of him in his workshop.
Double panda action!!!!
Ash is excited about taco thursdays…….Ok with this pic I think I have had my fill of portrait mode for the time being. Time to learn a new trick.
Well If I’m going to do what amounts to a photo blog I should have at least one photo of myself I figure. Yet again this is me playing with portrait mode and I probably could have benefitted from a shave before taking the shot.

So my buddy Jason pointed out to me in the comments of my last post the capabilities of the portrait function on my camera and I feel like a fool for only using the auto-mode function for the past years. This project has become more exciting by the prospect of actually learning to work my camera properly. Shane, being the awesome guy that he is, offered to pick me up for work and even posed for my pic of the day in the process.
